Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Behr focuses exclusively on sellers of open-air, multi-tenant retail properties and oversees the marketing process of each asset. He has more than 11 years of experience and throughout his career, he has completed more than $4.5 billion in retail transactions. He has experience in portfolio and single-asset retail transactions throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland and beyond.
