Chris Munley is an Executive Vice President and co-leads the Mid-Atlantic division of CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP). The NRP is the leading retail investment sales team in the country, backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platforms in the world. The NRP’s local expertise, deep market knowledge and collaborative network allow them to deliver exceptional property sale outcomes and drive real value for their clients from coast to coast. Over the past five years, the NRP was responsible for more than $22.2 billion retail investment sales.
Chris focuses exclusively on investment sales of open-air, multi-tenant retail properties and oversees the marketing process of each asset. He has more than 16 years of experience and throughout his career, he has completed more than $6.9 billion in retail transactions totaling over 32,500,00 square feet. He has experience in portfolio and single-asset retail transactions throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland and beyond. Mr. Munley has received numerous industry awards including the prestigious “40 under 40” award and Dealmaker of Year from Philadelphia Business Journal, Top-5 broker by Real Estate Forum, numerous CoStar Power-Broker awards, PBJ Deal of the Year & PBJ Rising-Star.
