CBRE has arranged the sale of The Plaza at Cape May Court House, a 163,629-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Cape May Court House. Alpine Real Estate Partners purchased the property from RW, LLC for an undisclosed amount.

Chris Munley, Colin Behr, Ryan Sciullo and Casey Benson Smith of CBRE’s National Retail Partners team represented the seller, RW Partners, in the transaction.

The Plaza at Cape May Court House is strategically situated at 11 Court House S. Dennis Road, near Stone Harbor and Avalon boroughs and surrounded by New Jersey State Pine Barrens along Route 9, proximate to the Garden State Parkway. The property is 89.1% occupied by a mix of regional and national tenants and is anchored by ACME, a grocery retailer operating over 160 stores throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Connecticut, and Maryland.
