CBRE Arranges Sale of Shops at Crossroads in Bartonsville, Pennsylvania

CBRE has arranged the sale of Shops at Crossroads, a 133,717-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center located at 3560 Route 611 in Bartonsville.

Chris Munley, Colin Behr, Ryan Sciullo and Casey Smith of CBRE’s National Retail Partners team represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Built in 2009, Shops at Crossroads is strategically located just off Interstate 80, along Route 611 in the Pocono region, with access to a commercial corridor that includes more than 4 million square feet of retail. The property is anchored by GIANT and features a mix of national and specialty tenants, including Visionworks, Red Lobster, Jersey Mike’s and CosmoProf.
