CBRE Arranges Sale of Valley Gate Shopping Center in Warrington, Pennsylvania

CBRE has arranged the purchase of Valley Gate, a 32,242-square-foot shopping center located at 201-281 Easton Road in Warrington. Pennsylvania-based CenterSquare purchased the property from Metro Development Company.
Chris Munley, Colin Behr, Ryan Sciullo, Casey Benson Smith, and RJ Mirabile of CBRE’s National Retail Partners team represented the buyer in the transaction. Gregory Bianchi, Vice President, US Realty Associates, Inc., represented the seller.

Built in 2015, Valley Gate is strategically located within a retail corridor at Paul Valley Road, offering convenient access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 132. The property is unanchored and features a variety of food service and specialty retailer tenants, including Sport Clips, T‑Mobile, Visionworks, Crumbl Cookies and Buffalo Wild Wings.
