CBRE Facilitates Sale and Financing AMP&RSAND in San Diego

CBRE facilitated the $92 million sale of AMP&RSAND in the Mission Valley submarket at 350 Camino De La Reina in San Diego, Calif. The property was acquired by Lincoln Property Company from CIM Group.

CBRE's Matt Carlson and Hunter Rowe facilitated the sale, while Scott Peterson, Michael Kolcum and Colby Matzke from CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance practice secured financing.

"It’s blend of architectural character and modern amenities creates a truly differentiated office experience in the San Diego market."

Originally the home of the San Diego Union-Tribune for over 40 years, the 13-acre site has been renovated into a modern Class A creative office campus. The property includes two buildings, one five stories and the second three stories, totaling 343,202 sq. ft. A 65-foot steel pedestrian bridge connects the buildings. It also features state-of-the-art amenities, including a fitness center, café, large outdoor patios, and flexible conferencing spaces.
