CBRE’S Anna Britt Promoted in Orange County

CBRE announced Anna Britt, in its Orange County office, has achieved a title promotion to vice president.

Britt is a member of CBRE’s multi-disciplinary, multi-market, debt and structured finance team operating throughout the western U.S., including California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Oregon and Washington. The group is led by partners Bruce Francis, Shaun Moothart, Bob Ybarra, Doug Birrell, Nick Santangelo, Jim Korinek and Amber Coleman.

Throughout her career, Britt has demonstrated exceptional analytical skills, a keen understanding of financial markets, and a talent for structuring complex financial deals. She has been at CBRE for the past seven years, where she honed her skills in navigating the intricacies of debt financing and structured products.

Britt previously worked for the San Diego Padres and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital in Chicago, Ill. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business institutions from Northwestern University, where she received an athletic scholarship to play softball.
