CBRE’s Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales Team Continues to Expand

CBRE is pleased to announce the expansion of its Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales team with the addition of Bryan Schellinger as Senior Vice President and Anne McGinn as Vice President.

Mr. Schellinger joins CBRE with over 15 years of experience and has completed over $2.5 billion in apartment and land transactions over the course of his career. Most recently, Mr. Schellinger served as Managing Director of Investment Sales for NorthMarq. Prior to NorthMarq, he held leadership positions at other competitive commercial real estate companies.

Anne McGinn also recently joined this CBRE team in May as Vice President. With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. McGinn is knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction process. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. McGinn served as a Director with Walker & Dunlop’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Nashville. She has been involved in more than $3 billion of multifamily sales and capitalizations throughout her career.

Mr. Carr has been instrumental in the marketing and disposition of over 225 multifamily assets and $10 billion in total volume, earning multiple NAIOP Brokerage Team of the Year and Multifamily Sale of the Year awards.
