In a transaction arranged by CBRE, PRP, a real estate investment management company headquartered in Washington, D.C., has committed to a 10,890 sq.-ft. office lease at The Millennium Building located at 1909 K Street NW. PRP will build out new larger headquarters space on the fifth floor in its relocation from a sublease space in the building.

The CBRE team of Randy Harrell, Lara Nealon, Joe Coleman, Kevin Howard, and Brittany Gosnell spearhead the leasing campaign at The Millennium Building and represented The Tower Companies in the negotiations.

“The Millennium Building is a true gem in the heart of Washington, DC and is one of a handful of buildings nationwide to earn Energy Star Certification every year since 2010. The Building is also Certified LEED Gold and Fitwel Certified, confirming it as both a sustainable and healthy choice for its clients”, said Harrell. “The Tower Companies continually invest in their buildings and that remains true in our current climate, with plans to add a tenant lounge, expand and renovate the fitness center and add a rooftop conference center with an expanded solar array.”

Situated in the Golden Triangle Business District on the high visibility corner of 19th and K Streets NW, The Millennium Building is a 12-story, 240,000 sq.-ft. boutique Class A office building. A TOBY Earth award winner for sustainability, The Millennium Building boasts an on-site concierge, rooftop deck with seasonal herb garden, a state-of-the-art fitness center, secured bike room, yoga and massage rooms and a in-building conference room.
