Focused on providing investors with commercial real estate financing options in amounts ranging from $1 million to $20 million, CBRE Private Client Lending leverages CBRE’s lender network and its best-in-class underwriting and closing capabilities to find solutions for smaller properties not typically served by conventional loans. CBRE’s diverse lending sources include agencies, banks, life companies, CMBS and more. Private Client Lending finances all commercial property types, with special expertise in multifamily small balance financing through Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, and owner-user loans through the Small Business Administration.
