Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry Repair Services
One Multi-Vendor Service Partner for All Your LCMS Needs
LCMS Solutions
Service contracts only covering PM visits fall short when facing critical instrumentation failures. At CBRE, our service philosophy centers on flexibility and agility. We take the time to understand your lab's unique needs, allowing us to create a contract that aligns with your goals. Our agreements encompass parts and labor with 48-hour response times, in-stock guarantees for commonly failing components and exceptional tech support. As a leading supplier of LCMS repair parts, we also eliminate long lead times, ensuring your LCMS is up and running quickly without unplanned costs or excessive downtime.
A comprehensive service contract includes planned preventative maintenance (PM) visits, which provide an excellent opportunity to address any issues you may be experiencing with your LCMS instrumentation. Regularly scheduled maintenance helps extend the life of your investment and identifies necessary repairs that could lead to unplanned downtime in the future. Before your current contract ends, contact CBRE, and our experienced team will develop a tailored solution to meet your instrumentation needs.
CBRE offers a variety of lab equipment qualification services to a myriad of industries. From installation qualification services for new labs/relocations to regular performance and operational qualification services for labs in highly regulated industries, CBRE is the multi-vendor service provider of choice that offers:
IQ: Installation Qualification
Installation Qualification is a validation procedure that ensures the proper transport, installation, and configuration of your LCMS instrumentation (based upon an OEM-approved list).
OQ: Operational Qualification
Operational Qualification, or OQ, involves referencing documented operating ranges that have been supplied by the instrument OEM.
PQ: Performance Qualification
Performance Qualification, or PQ, involves routinely checking your LCMS instrumentation’s performance and cross referencing results with the OEM’s reported operating ranges.
While it's normal for the LCMS response to gradually decline after each injection, frequent changes to the LC column or cleaning of the mass spectrometer's interface region could indicate a bigger issue, leading to lab inefficiencies and costly repairs. Before batch failure disrupts your lab's operations, contact CBRE for a billable service request. We'll quickly dispatch an experienced LCMS repair engineer to get your instrument up and running as soon as possible.
