How we deliver for our clients

Freezer & Clean Rooms

CBRE designed and built ISO-classified freezer rooms and a clean cold chromatography room for a client facing aggressive timelines. The team engineered mechanical systems that could operate outside the clean room envelope and still meet classification requirements. We also guided the client through procurement challenges during the supply chain crisis and delivered a coordinated project that met schedule and performance targets.

TriLink Freezer Rooms
We were engaged to design and build two GMP-compliant cold and freezer rooms with a temperature uniformity of plus or minus 1 degree Celsius. The project required close collaboration with trade partners, BIM coordination, and precise installation sequencing to align with tight spatial constraints. We delivered a standardized, high-quality build that allowed the client to maintain production schedules.
Custom Cold Rooms

The solution required custom noise and heat-rejection strategies, including specialized ducting and condenser placement that aligned with the client’s organizational space plan. Despite supply chain pressures, we delivered cost-saving design choices and an installation that met validation requirements.
