Amanda Valenti joined CBRE in May 2006. Ms. Valenti focuses on growing the Central Florida Multifamily platform through sourcing, underwriting and placement of loans on multifamily properties. Her prior role was to assist in underwriting and servicing of commercial loans for all property types as well as managing the due diligence process through closing. Ms. Valenti graduated from Florida State University with a major in Finance and Real Estate. She is a member of the Junior League in Tampa, FL.

CBRE Capital Markets is the premier provider in both multi-housing financing and investment sales. Our fully integrated platform provides seamless access to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA financing programs. Essential to any robust financial product offering is the ability to service loans after their origination. Our loan servicing is handled through CBRE Loan Services, LP.

FREDDIE MAC

CBRE Capital Markets has been the number 1 Freddie Mac seller/services for 8 consecutive years. Freddie Mac provides a full range of competitively priced, reliable mortgage products for the acquisition, refinance or moderate rehabilitation of multi-housing communities nationally. In 2016, CBRE originated and closed $10.6 billion in transactions.

FANNIE MAE (DUS)

CBRE Multifamily Capital, Inc. is an approved lender under Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing DUS program. Fannie Mae is the largest provider of affordable and market-rate multi-housing financing in America. Fannie Mae operates nationally in all multi-housing and senior-housing products and property types. Because Fannie Mae is always in the market, we can offer our clients certainty of execution on a full complement of highly competitive multi-housing products. The program’s many rate options and product features allow CBRE to structure transactions meeting the unique requirements of our clients.

HUD FHA

CBRE Capital Markets is a FHA-approved direct lender offering the full array of HUD FHA multi-housing mortgage insurance programs. Competitive financing solutions are available for multi-housing rental, cooperative, seniors and health care properties for new construction, substantial rehabilitation, moderate rehabilitation, refinance and acquisition. We also specialize in affordable housing involving low income housing tax credits and tax-exempt housing bonds.
