Charlie Clark is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Group (DSF), where he provides capital advisory services to clients seeking to acquire, develop, and refinance commercial properties across the Southeast. In this capacity, Mr. Clark is responsible for sourcing and closing debt and equity placement opportunities, working across the full capital stack to arrange senior mortgages, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity for every major property type. His extensive relationships with a wide variety of capital sources, including life insurance companies, banks, pensions funds, debt funds, mortgage REITs, credit unions, and other lenders have led to over $1 Billion in production over the course of his career.
Prior to joining CBRE, Charlie was a Director at one of Atlanta’s top commercial mortgage banking firms, where he specialized in advising clients on debt and equity assignments. In addition to his extensive capital markets experience, Mr. Clark’s career also includes time as a leasing broker, principal, and vice president of development, leading to over twenty years of combined commercial real estate experience.
