Andy Scott is a Vice Chair with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team, responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placements across all product types with a focus on multifamily properties. Partnering with Michael Cosby and Kris Lowe, the team has successfully originated, structured and closed hundreds of transactions valued at over $60 billion.
Before joining CBRE in 2025, Andy served as a Senior Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets. He began his career in commercial real estate finance in 1998 at HFF, where he was an Senior Managing Director before the firm was acquired by JLL in 2019. Prior to that, he was an associate at Henry S. Miller Commercial Co., focusing on commercial investments.
