Bo Beidleman is a Vice President with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team, responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placements across all product types with a focus on multifamily properties. Partnering with Andy Scott, Michael Cosby, Kris Lowe, and Tom Burns, Bo and his team have successfully originated, structured, and closed hundreds of transactions valued at over $60 billion.
Bo began his career at HFF and most recently served as a Director at JLL Capital Markets before joining CBRE in 2025.
