Haley Ginzburg is a Production Analyst at CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance and is affiliated with co-producers Anna Paladino and Mike Riccio. Ms. Ginzburg’s primary role is to support the Hartford team in originating, underwriting, marketing and closing commercial loans.
Prior to joining CBRE Debt & Structured Finance, Ms. Ginzburg attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison and graduated in May 2024 as a triple major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, Marketing, and International Business. Ms. Ginzburg graduated with the highest GPA distinction as a consistent Dean’s List recipient. Ms. Ginzburg was an active participant in the Real Estate Club.
Ms. Ginzburg interned within CBRE’s prestigious Capital Markets Academy Program, as a full-time intern during summer and a part-time intern during her senior year at college. As a part of the Hartford DSF Team, Ms. Ginzburg serves Institutional quality borrowers and lenders.
