Anya Ostry serves in a leadership capacity for CBRE’s Global Occupier Advisory hub team in Dallas, Newport Beach and Atlanta. Through a dedicated account management structure, Anya is responsible for developing strategic real estate solutions for Fortune 500 clients, ensuring portfolio optimization and high-impact transaction execution across key U.S. and global markets. She specializes in the intersection of business location strategy and tactical execution, combining occupancy strategy with complex lease and asset disposition negotiations to drive successful outcomes for multi-market portfolios.
Anya has a proven track record of navigating volatile market conditions and delivering consistency for her clients throughout her 15-year career, with a steadfast focus on strategy, innovation, and execution excellence. As a leadership member of one of CBRE’s 15 global HUB teams, Anya is part of an elite 40-person group that routinely executes in excess of 600 transactions annually. In this capacity, she is responsible for ensuring CBRE offers the right integrated services and bespoke solutions to its global clients, extending her expertise beyond traditional brokerage to serve as a seamless extension of her clients' corporate real estate departments and providing a fully outsourced real estate function.
Consistently recognized for her impact on the industry, Anya was recently named a 2025 Connect CRE National Top Broker Award winner and was a finalist for The Top 50 Women Leaders in Real Estate for 2025 by Women We Admire. She has also received accolades from prestigious institutions including the Irvine Company, CoStar, and CoreNet Global.
A dedicated leader within the professional community, she served as the Chapter President for the CoreNet Global Southern California Chapter (2024-2025) and is a member of the Board of Directors for the CoreNet Global North Texas Chapter. In addition to her brokerage leadership, she serves as an investor and advisor to the wellness company Dryft Sleep, a Board Member for the Alcott Center for Mental Health, and an Executive Advisory Council Member for the Alexander E. Hayden School of Real Estate at Chapman University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Fullerton, and the prestigious Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global.
Deeply committed to community and family advocacy, Anya is a volunteer for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. Following the birth of their son, JB, in 2025, Anya and her husband, Jackson, partnered with the Brilora Fertility Foundation to launch the Born Strong x the Bloore Family Grant. This initiative provides critical financial assistance to families across the country navigating the costs of fertility treatments. Anya and her family split their time between Dallas, Texas, and Orange County, California.
