Glenn Dyke serves in a leadership capacity for CBRE's Advisory & Transactions hub team in Atlanta, Dallas & Newport Beach. Through a dedicated account management structure, Mr. Dyke is responsible for providing advisory and transaction services to various corporate clients, ensuring quality, consistency and speed-to-market throughout a service delivery process that encompasses multiple, integrated services over a broad geographical platform. He specializes in implementing bespoke, programmatic real estate solutions for his clients by combining strategic planning and tactical execution across CBRE’s global platform.

Glenn has a proven track record of developing and expanding significant corporate client relationships throughout his 30+ year career with CBRE including a focus on strategy, innovation & execution excellence. As a leadership member of the 40-person team, Glenn is responsible for ensuring CBRE is offering the right team, the right services and the right solutions to its global clients. The team routinely executes in excess of 600 transactions per year.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Dyke spent four years in the National Accounts Division of SunTrust Bank, Inc.

Mr. Dyke has consistently been recognized by CBRE and within the industry for his leadership and service. He is consistently a member of the firms Colbert Coldwell Circle, an elite group comprising the top 1% of CBRE's professionals. He also received the William H. McCarthy Award, CBRE’s most prestigious award recognizing a high-producing professional annually for materially impacting our culture, driving excellence, and unselfishly leading by example. His team also received the National Team Production Award for outstanding performance.
