Since 2007 David Remington has been advising occupiers, investors, and government entities in all aspects of the commercial real estate lifecycle. Today he and his team focus exclusively on advising multimarket corporate occupiers.
During his career David has represented clients in leases, ground up developments, acquisitions, dispositions, government incentive negotiations, portfolio strategy, and land use policy. He has advised on thousands of projects across the United States and internationally on involving many fortune 500 companies and the US General Services Administration.
He is an avid traveler and photographer, having been to more than 40 countries, and resides with his wife and two children in Laguna Beach, CA.
