Carolyn Hurley

Carolyn Hurley’s career with CBRE began in 2022 as Field Research Analyst. As the market expert in Cleveland, Ohio, she led multiple projects, collaborated with the Office, Industrial and Retail sales professionals, and published the quarterly CBRE Figures reports for Northeast Ohio.

In 2024 Carolyn transitioned into Advisory and Transaction services as an Associate. Specializing in retail tenant representation, Carolyn works alongside Thomas Flynn and Brendan Wasilko, a well-respected retail team in the commercial real estate industry. Carolyn’s responsibilities include site selection, trade area analysis, contract negotiations, and relationship building. Carolyn works on Midwest and National disposition portfolios for major retailers, like Chick-fil-A and Walmart. Leveraging her experience in research as well as the many resources within CBRE, Carolyn is able to provide clients with successful solutions and outcomes.
