Connor Ambrose is an Associate with the Khouri-Moss team in CBRE Cleveland’s retail services group. Connor started as a Leasing Associate with Passov Real Estate Group, representing Landlords, Tenants and Investors throughout Northeast Ohio.
Connor played an integral role in the Tenant expansion for University Hospitals, Tropical Smoothie Café and Hand & Stone Massage throughout the Northeast Ohio market. His ability to facilitate multi-store rollouts and navigate complex real estate transactions using his knowledge of the local market have made him an invaluable asset to his clients.
Beyond his professional achievements, Connor is a personable and approachable individual, making it easy for clients to trust and connect with him. Connor graduated from The Ohio State University in 2021 majoring in Finance, laying a strong foundation for his career. Connor lives in downtown Cleveland’s Warehouse District and is a fan of all things Cleveland.
