David Comernisky began his career with CBRE in the Minneapolis office in 1980. In 1986 Mr. Comernisky was asked to assist in the opening of the Cleveland office. With a primary focus on specializing in investment services, transactional brokerage and land acquisition/disposition services, David provides real estate solutions for his clients by understanding their goals and designing solutions that meet those goals and get results while providing maximum value for his client’s real estate.
During his tenure with CB, Mr. Comernisky has been instrumental in arranging over 1,000 transactions and representing a wide range of both national and local corporations such as General Motors, BP America, General Services Administration and Huntington Bank Systems.
Mr. Comernisky has been recognized as an eight-time recipient of Cleveland’s Top Five Brokers and has established an extensive list of repeat customers.
