Vince Mingo is a Senior Associate with CBRE Cleveland representing retail Tenants and Landlords throughout Northern Ohio. Vince has helped lead expansion efforts for several notable brands including Kentucky Fried Chicken, F45 Training, Pizza Hut, T-Mobile and Milan Laser. Vince works primarily with the retail services group of Joseph Khouri, Kevin Moss, and Ken Stern.
Vince is responsible for big box and small shop leasing, site selection, contract negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions. He has experience representing landlord’s, tenants, developers, landowners, restaurants, investors and more.
As a Northeast Ohio native, Vince’s clients appreciate his ability to provide valuable insights into the local market. He is a tenacious professional that is persistent, technology driven, and relentless in pursuit of achieving the best opportunities and results for his clients.
