Molly Flaherty is the Senior Graphic Designer of CBRE’s National Retail Partners Mid-Atlantic team with offices in Radnor, PA and Washington, DC. Molly is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering strategic, visually engaging designs that resonate with the teams’ clients and business partners. Areas of expertise include the creation of proposals, offering memorandums, social media content, along with team marketing materials while working collaboratively with other creative team members, vendors, and partners.
Prior to joining CBRE’s National Retail Partners Mid-Atlantic Team, Molly worked as a Marketing Manager for both Marcus & Millichap and Compass Real Estate where she developed extensive marketing campaigns and strategies with a focus on growing market presence through the implementation of impacting imagery, SEO, sponsored marketing and media, press releases, and promotional tactics.
Molly holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from The Ohio State University. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at the Morris Animal Refuge in Center City and exploring the Philadelphia food scene.
