Elisabeth Tefft is the Managing Director of CBRE's National Retail Partners Mid-Atlantic team. Ms. Tefft specializes in analyzing properties and associated market areas for clients’ planned dispositions. Areas of expertise include drafting property and market summaries for proposals, offering brochures and memoranda, conducting market research, preparing financial evaluations, models and analysis for income producing investment grade retail properties, managing disposition marketing initiatives, the compilation of proposal materials, offering brochures and memoranda, coordinating team workflow, overseeing dissemination of marketing collateral, and liaising with partnering divisions, teams, and clients.
Prior to joining CBRE’s National Retail Partners – Mid-Atlantic team in 2012, Ms. Tefft served as the Accounting Supervisor of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region for nearly 10 years. Ms. Tefft holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from George Mason University and a real estate license from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
