Colby Reeder works for the region’s leading industrial and flex tenant/landlord advocacy team. He is licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey and helps clients make their real estate decisions both locally and globally. Over the last 5 years, his team has averaged over 75 transactions per year totaling over $5 billion.

Colby’s 14-person industrial team has expertise in all facets of commercial real estate including lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, site analysis, ground up development, supply chain solutions, and real estate investment strategy. The team leverages CBRE’s industry leading technology, data, and marketing in order to maintain the regions largest market share. Backed by the very best resources in the industry, Colby is able to provide guidance and help oversee projects for clients from start to finish.

Colby’s intimate local market knowledge combined with a in depth understanding of the macro industrial and logistics trends has allowed him and his team to provide best in class results for their clients. By leveraging his team’s vast experience, CBRE’s unmatched data, and his own life-long knowledge growing up within the market, he has been able to identify both current and future market trends and strategically utilize this knowledge to provide value to his clients.

Prior to CBRE, Colby completed his MBA and BS in Finance at the Lerner Business School at the University of Delaware and completed his Graduate Certificate for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Iowa State University, all while also being a full scholarship, all-conference, and all-academic football player at both university’s football teams. Colby was born and raised within the Greater Philadelphia Region, where he grew up watching and learning about real estate from his father, who is an Executive Vice President at CBRE.
