Professional Experience

Jillian Hosley is an accomplished professional in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as a Client Services Specialist at CBRE. She joined the company in 2017, initially working as a Client Services Coordinator, where she spent five years working with multiple Retail brokers, including the Restaurant Practice Leader, creating marketing brochures, eblasts, print materials, and managed online listings. She also gained experience in generating client-specific projects, including the creation of board books, data collection, and property research. Her portfolio includes work with high-profile clients such as Darden Restaurants, Cooper's Hawk Winery, and Bloomin' Brands.

In 2022, Jillian transitioned to the Northeast Industrial Based Group at CBRE, a 12-person team committed to delivering top-tier outcomes for regional and national real estate investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers. In her current role, she creates marketing materials, collaborates closely with the Northeast marketing team with larger projects, manages all team files, assists in creating Google Earth layers, and aids in client meetings. Her key responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation of the team's functions.

Jillian holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design and a BA in Communications from West Chester University. Outside of her professional life, she is a dedicated mother and an avid adventurer. She enjoys spending time with her son, hiking, traveling, painting and attending concerts. A lover of music, Jillian plays bass, guitar, and is currently learning to play the violin.
