Jacob Shore is a Transaction Management Coordinator on the Mid-Atlantic Advisory & Transaction Team who delivers integrated account management services, including strategic planning, portfolio/lease administration, transaction management, project management, and facility management. Jacob is also involved in providing support to international corporate clients.

Prior to CBRE, Jacob graduated from Old Dominion University in 2024 and interned for three summers at B. Riley Securities in Arlington, VA, focusing on the industrials group. During his internship, he gained experience in sell-side M&A and debt capital raises. Additionally, Jacob founded two businesses: Plugged DMV, which involved reselling sneakers and clothing, and Potomac River Enterprises, which specialized in reselling concert and event tickets.
