Josh joined CBRE in 2017 with the Retail Advisory & Transaction Services team, working with landlords and tenants throughout New England. Through hard work, market knowledge and strategic thinking, Josh strives to create maximum value for his clients.
Some of his recent work includes the rollout of Charter Communications’ (Spectrum) retail program in the New England area, as well as the leasing of more than 1 million square feet for KPR throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Prior to working at CBRE, Josh spent three years as a financial analyst at United Technologies where he gained a strong business acumen and deep understanding of finance. He utilizes these skills to help deliver smart creative solutions for his clients.
Outside of the office you can find Josh skiing, golfing, and mountain biking. He’s a big believer that it’s important to have an outdoor activity in every season, especially in New England.
