Tyler joined CBRE in 2022 and currently serves as an Associate in Boston on the Retail Advisory & Transaction Services team, where he specializes in tenant & landlord representation as well as retail property disposition.
Tyler works with major financial institutions, retailers, and service providers such as Bank of America, Boot Barn, Comcast Xfinity, and Planet Fitness among others in helping them identify new locations and relocate existing branches, gyms, stores, and more.
On the landlord side Tyler works with major institutional landlords such as KPR Centers and Asana Partners and prominent regional landlords such as Crosspoint Associates in leasing a mix of shopping centers, freestanding retail properties, and urban storefronts across Greater Boston and New England.
Tyler graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Public Policy and continues to hold numerous customer-facing roles at the Boston-based Broadway Restaurant Group’s Capo Restaurant & Supper Club. He lives in Walpole, MA but grew up in the North End and Charlestown neighborhoods of Boston.
