Zack Mittelstadt joined CBRE in 2022 and specializes in all aspects of retail real estate, with a focus on leasing and tenant representation across New England. He has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from national landlords such as Kimco Realty and Regency Centers, to tenants including Wingstop, Ferguson, Inspire Brands, and Valvoline Oil.
Zack brings a strategic and client-focused approach to every transaction, whether representing property owners like Staypoint Properties and Charles River Realty in retail leasing and dispositions, or guiding tenants such as MyEyeDr, Fyzical, and D1 Training in securing optimal retail locations.
Before joining CBRE, Zack interned at a commercial real estate firm in Hartford, Connecticut, where he gained valuable experience in the leasing and sale of industrial properties.
While earning his degree from Clark University, Zack was a four-year member of the Men’s Varsity Basketball team, demonstrating the leadership and discipline he now brings to his real estate practice.
