Ryan Minihan joined CBRE in 2013 and specializes in all facets of retail including leasing, tenant representation and retail asset disposition.
Ryan’s client relationships are built through hard work, attention to detail and an attitude focused on results. Since joining CBRE, Ryan’s landlord representation has spanned from institutional landlords, such as Kimco and Equity One, Inc., to prominent regional landlords such as Northland Investment Corporation, Charles River Realty, Crosspoint Associates, The Growth Companies, Finard Properties, and Compass Realty, among many others. Ryan also represents numerous tenants which include traditional big box retailers such Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture, Ty Law’s Launch Trampoline Park,Crunch Fitness, and Blue Pearl Veterinarian Hospitals (owned by Mars, Inc.). Ryan also represents Rockland Trust in their expansions throughout New England as well the management of their entire real estate portfolios. Ryan also represents national retailers such as Cumberland Farms, CitiTrends, among others. He has assisted Banfield Pet Hospital (owned by Mars, Inc.) in their expansion of 15+ new locations in New England and growing. And also assisted Gulshan Enterprises, which operates over 800 quick-service restaurants throughout the U.S., acts as the primary franchisee for Dairy Queen and is the second-largest Burger King franchisee in the U.S and Tenet Healthcare in the establishment of its Medpost Urgent Care centers in Massachusetts.
Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Ryan worked for Chicago-based retailer and landlord, Family Video. Ryan’s focus was replacing lower-producing stores with new longer-term tenants for the company’s 800 stores in 19 states. He also managed construction and helped create a sales network for Family Video.
