Katherine Hollingsworth assists with helping clients accomplish their real estate goals through strategic planning and implementation. She is a part of a seven-person global tenant advocacy team based in Philadelphia focused on office and industrial properties.

Katherine is a graduate Penn State University, University Park where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising/Public Relations.

Prior to joining CBRE, Katherine worked at JLL as an Associate Broker in the Greater Philadelphia Region representing clients across Center City Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Suburbs, and Bucks County in addition to servicing nine agency listings. Katherine also formerly worked for the Bozzuto Group as a Sales and Marketing Associate in Washington, D.C where she was awarded a Bozzuto Management Award for High Velocity Sales, top leaser for medium-large established properties in 2021.

Corporate Account Management

The Global Occupier Advisory Team actively manages over 35MM square feet globally on behalf of corporate account clients. In support of those clients, and in keeping with best practices, the Global Occupier Advisory Team has spent decades perfecting corporate account management. From lease administration services and data analytics, to transaction management and global strategy execution, the Global Occupier Advisory Team is adept at supporting complex real estate portfolios from rapidly growing unicorns to those on the Fortune 500 list.

Medical Device Community of Practice

Through cultivation of a number of clients in the medical device manufacturing industry, as well as an unmatched delivery-model on how to appropriately service the real estate portfolios of these heavily regulated operations, the Global Occupier Advisory Team was selected to lead the Medical Device Community of Practice (MDCOP), within CBRE's larger Life Sciences Practice Group. The MDCOP generates thought pieces, tracks industry trends, labor analytics, and supports global and national corporations in the medical device industry furthering strategic initiatives and execution in their global operations.
