Associated Office
Liz Morrow advises clients on optimizing their real estate strategies. Her multi-faceted skills, with a background in finance and as a former real estate attorney, secures critical savings and leverage. Her clients value her creative solutions, market knowledge, efficiency and thoroughness as she works to tactically obtain their real estate objectives. She is part of a seven person tenant advocacy team in the Philadelphia region.
Prior to joining CBRE, Liz worked at Colliers specializing in office and flex leasing for both tenants and landlords. She represented established companies as well as those in varying stages of growth. Her clients ranged from international corporations to startups with complex growth and financial demands. Liz was honored as a Bisnow Philly Power Woman. Prior to brokerage, Liz was an attorney at Kerr Law Associates, P.C. where she advocated for clients in commercial real estate transactions.

Client values real estate as a recruiting tool for expanding upon 230 employee count and, as such, committed to a long-term lease with a total rent expenditure of $43M over the term. CBRE continues to help the client expand their real estate portfolio within PA and other markets.

CBRE’s Tenant Advisory Team executed the Workplace360 corporate initiative consolidating two offices into a state-of-the-art facility. The move created an environment that improves productivity and enables CBRE to better serve its clients.

CBRE executed a deal for the client to move into a smaller, more appropriately sized office, allowing for $80K+ of savings per year in lease expenses. The new location features aesthetically pleasing interior design and fulfills the client’s desire for a mix of both office and open collaborative space.

From the client’s initial tour in April to the lease commencement date in early June, CBRE was able to execute the deal and move the client into the new location, their first PA office, in only six short weeks.
