Liz Morrow advises clients on optimizing their real estate strategies. Her multi-faceted skills, with a background in finance and as a former real estate attorney, secures critical savings and leverage. Her clients value her creative solutions, market knowledge, efficiency and thoroughness as she works to tactically obtain their real estate objectives. She is a part of a seven-person global tenant advocacy team based in Philadelphia.
Prior to joining CBRE, Liz worked at Colliers specializing in office and flex leasing for both tenants and landlords. She represented established companies as well as those in varying stages of growth. Her clients ranged from international corporations to startups with complex growth and financial demands. Liz was honored as a Bisnow Philly Power Woman. Prior to brokerage, Liz was an attorney at Kerr Law Associates, P.C. where she advocated for clients in commercial real estate transactions.
