Matt Cariello is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he and his team lead the market in Corporate Advisory & Transaction services – assisting a diverse range of clients with local, regional, national, and international real estate needs.
His team is one of the few “hubs” within CBRE, offering portfolio-level transaction management and advisory services to large corporate occupiers. The team leverages their diverse expertise to conceptualize and implement strategic real estate plans for major private and public corporations on a global, multi-market basis – doing so for some of the most recognizable companies in the world. The team develops these processes in order to improve efficiencies and reduce annual real estate expenditures throughout their client’s leased/owned real estate portfolios – positively impacting their bottom lines. They do so by integrating services such as: transaction management, portfolio optimization, labor analytics, supply chain and transportation analysis, mergers & acquisition consulting, capital markets exploration, workplace strategy, financial consulting, economic incentive negotiations, and more.
Matt is continuously involved in many of the largest and most complex acquisitions, dispositions, consolidations, and consulting assignments throughout the entire world and is considered a thought-leader within the portfolio strategy and implementation space. In all, Matt’s team actively represents corporate real estate users in over 40 countries, accounting for 40+ million square feet of annual oversight and representation accounting for over $250,000,000 in transactional volume per year. They are a top producing team in this regard.
