Emily Marquardt is the Client Services Coordinator on the global multi-market Corporate Advisory and Transaction team led by Bill Bonifas, Matt Cariello, and Kenzie Kiefer.
She is responsible for providing administrative and marketing support for the team. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing marketing materials, and providing operational and transactional support.
Emily brings over 10 years of marketing and administrative experience to CBRE. By leveraging the team’s extensive knowledge and years of experience, the team positions their clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for their real estate needs.
The Milwaukee-based team is one of the few Corporate Advisory and Transaction teams within CBRE offering portfolio-level transaction management and advisory services to large corporate occupiers. Together, this team strives to improve efficiencies and reduce annual real estate expenditures throughout their client’s leased/owned real estate portfolios – positively impacting their bottom lines.
She supports her team actively representing corporate real estate users in over 40 countries. With more than $250,000,000 in transactional volume per year and 40+ million square feet of annual oversight and representation they are a top producing CBRE team.
