Nick Cieslik is a Transaction Analyst on the global multi-market Corporate Advisory & Transaction team led by Bill Bonifas, Matt Cariello and Kenzie Kiefer. Nick coordinates and executes the portfolio optimization which includes sourcing and tracking market real estate data while ensuring accuracy and data integrity. He is also responsible for the regular maintenance and recommendations for ongoing portfolio planning and transaction management strategies including tracking and data visualization of client leased/owned real estate information, rental rates vs. market rates, expiration dates, property values, and more. Nick, and his team, strive to give each client the best up-to-date, credible, and actionable data in order to continually make the most informed real estate decisions possible.

The Milwaukee-based team is one of the few within CBRE offering portfolio-level transaction management and advisory services to large corporate occupiers. Utilizing the team’s overall extensive knowledge and years of experience, they work to plan and execute their client’s long and short-term real estate goals. The team has the end goal of improving efficiencies and reducing annual real estate expenditures throughout their client’s leased/owned real estate portfolios – positively impacting their bottom lines. Nick and the team perform services such as: portfolio optimization, transaction management, labor analytics, supply chain and transportation analysis, mergers & acquisition consulting, capital markets exploration, workplace strategy, financial consulting, economic incentive negotiations and more. This is all accomplished to bolster the overall real estate strategy and produce the best solutions for their clients.

Nick’s oversight includes the portfolio optimization efforts of over 40 million square feet of client real estate data. He and the team are continuously regarded as thought leaders within this space, which, in turn, has made them one of CBRE’s top producing teams.
