Nick Cieslik is a Transaction Data Analyst on the global multi-market Corporate Advisory & Transaction team led by Bill Bonifas, Matt Cariello and Kenzie Kiefer. Nick coordinates and executes the portfolio optimization which includes sourcing and tracking market real estate data while ensuring accuracy and data integrity. He is also responsible for the regular maintenance and recommendations for ongoing portfolio planning and transaction management strategies including tracking and data visualization of client leased/owned real estate information, rental rates vs. market rates, expiration dates, property values, and more. Nick, and his team, strive to give each client the best up-to-date, credible, and actionable data in order to continually make the most informed real estate decisions possible.
