Kenzie Donovan Kiefer is a Senior Transaction Manager on the global multi-market Corporate Advisory and Transaction team working alongside Bill Bonifas and Matt Cariello. Kenzie supports the coordination and execution of all real estate transaction activities. Her responsibilities include multifaceted financial modeling and valuation analyses, portfolio planning, site selection as well as helping clients to strategize, assess and implement the transaction management of their occupancy needs. Kenzie, and her team, deliver real estate solutions aligned with clients’ business goals.
This Milwaukee-based team is one of the few Corporate Advisory and Transaction teams within CBRE offering portfolio-level transaction management and advisory services to large corporate occupiers. By leveraging the team’s extensive knowledge and years of experience, the team works to plan and execute on client long and short-term real estate goals. Together, they strive to improve efficiencies and reduce annual real estate expenditures throughout their client’s leased/owned real estate portfolios – positively impacting their bottom lines. Kenzie and the team utilize CBRE services such as: portfolio optimization, transaction management, labor analytics, supply chain and transportation analysis, mergers & acquisition consulting, capital markets exploration, workplace strategy, financial consulting, economic incentive negotiations and more to further enhance the overall real estate strategy to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Kenzie works on many of the largest and most complex acquisitions, dispositions, consolidations, and consulting assignments throughout the entire world. In all, Kenzie and her team actively represent corporate real estate users in over 40 countries, accounting for 40+ million square feet of annual oversight and representation accounting for over $250,000,000 in transactional volume per year making them a top producing CBRE team.
