CBRE announced today that Brie Bley, a Senior Associate, has joined the firm’s Nashville Retail Advisors team, led by Senior Vice President Paul Gaither. Bley will focus on retail leasing and tenant representation, working with retailers, investors, and developers in Nashville.
The CBRE Nashville Retail Advisors team is now comprised of Paul Gaither, Lexi Johnson, Zach Boze, Jen Annello, Nick Goss, and Brie Bley.
Prior to joining the Retail Advisors team, Bley advised office tenants and worked with clients that included Fortune 100 companies in financial services, healthcare, and technology. Bley began her career in wealth management at J.P. Morgan and later supported firmwide strategic initiatives for the U.S. Private Bank in New York. After relocating to Nashville in 2019, Bley held business development and analytics roles within a healthcare organization.
“Building a strong retail team requires advisors with diverse skill sets and perspectives,” said Paul Gaither, Senior Vice President and team lead. “Brie’s financial background, transaction experience and client‑focused approach complement our team and enhance our ability to advise clients across the full lifecycle of a retail real estate decision.”
Paul Gaither has been with CBRE for 29 years and built a career focused on retail investment sales. He founded the Nashville Retail Advisory team three years ago. Since then, the team has grown and now includes advisors focused on retail investment sales, landlord leasing, tenant representation, land advisory, and development strategy. The team works with retailers, property owners, and investors across Tennessee.
“Brie’s addition reflects our continued investment in aligning talent with market opportunity,” said Elizabeth Goodwin, Senior Managing Director and Tennessee Market Leader at CBRE. “Her experience navigating complex transactions for some of our largest clients and delivering tailored solutions positions her exceptionally well to support retailers and brands seeking growth in this dynamic market,” she said. “The Nashville retail team has built a strong foundation, and Brie’s relationship‑driven approach will be instrumental as we continue expanding CBRE’s retail presence across Tennessee.”
