CBRE Appoints Chris Masotto as Property Management Market Leader for New York, Long Island and Southern Connecticut

CBRE announced today that Chris Masotto has joined the firm as Property Management Market Leader for New York, Long Island and Southern Connecticut. He replaces Tom Lloyd, who was previously promoted to Property Management Northeast Division Leader.

CBRE announced today that it has completed several office leases totaling 77,000 sq. ft. at 55 Broadway in the last six months. The most recent new commitments were from AFS Intercultural Programs, Argus Research Group, Axon Health, and Meaden & Moore. In addition to the new transactions, several existing tenants executed renewals and in-building expansions, including Summit Management, 1000 Heads, Syscom, and Rozario Touma.

In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Agentio, an AI-native platform for creator advertising, inked a 20,000 sq. ft. office lease at 295 Fifth Avenue. The platform, which allows brands to buy, measure, and scale creator advertising through a premium network across Instagram, YouTube, and beyond, will occupy part of the eleventh floor of the historic office property located in the heart of Midtown South.
