He specializes in the sale of retail investment properties, including shopping centers, strip malls, single-tenant net-leased assets, urban redevelopment sites, and gas station properties. Bo works alongside one of Southern California’s leading capital markets teams—Alex Kozakov, Patrick Wade, Matthew Greenberg, and Jack Webber—a group that has closed over 350 transactions totaling more than $2.8 billion. Together, they deliver best-in-class execution, deep market knowledge, and access to a broad network of private and institutional capital.
