Patrick Wade co-leads one of CBRE’s premier retail investment property sales teams, based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Alongside his partner, Alex Kozakov, Patrick specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial retail properties across the West Coast, including grocery-anchored shopping centers, strip centers, single-tenant net-leased properties, and urban redevelopment sites.
Patrick began his career in commercial real estate with Marcus & Millichap in 2004, where he was consistently recognized as a top-performing agent. Since partnering with Alex in 2006, the team has completed more than 350 transactions totaling over $2.8 billion in retail investment sales, building one of the most active investor networks in the industry. Their success is rooted in core values of trust, integrity, and dedication, combined with the ability to leverage CBRE’s global platform to deliver best-in-class services, including leasing, management, valuation, and structured finance.
Patrick graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration and remains deeply connected to the USC community through the Trojan Real Estate Association, Marshall Partners, and as a mentor in the USC Business School’s CAP Program. He also serves on CBRE’s National Investment Property Advisory Board and is actively involved in industry organizations such as ICSC and Urban Land Institute, where he previously chaired the Sponsorship Committee for the Young Leaders Group in Los Angeles.
Beyond his professional achievements, Patrick lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife, Lindsay, and their three children, Tyler, Madison, and Emily. He is an active volunteer coaching youth sports and in the Manhattan Beach School District.
