Jack Webber is an Associate with CBRE’s investment property sales group, focusing on the
acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties throughout Southern California,
including anchored shopping centers, strip centers, urban redevelopment sites, and single-
tenant net-leased assets. Jack joins the retail investment team of Alex Kozakov, Patrick
Wade, and Matthew Greenberg, who have developed one of the most prominent retail
investment teams in Southern California. Their team is committed to providing the best-in-
class transaction execution and advisory services, while they pride themselves on their
high level of expertise. In doing so, the team has closed over $2.5 billion in total
consideration across more than 300 transactions.
Jack graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communication and a minor in Pre-Law from
the University of Arizona.
Before joining CBRE in 2021, Jack was a multifamily advisor with Matthews Real Estate
Investment Services, working from their headquarters in El Segundo. Prior to Matthews,
Jack served as an associate for Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate with a focus in
multifamily sales throughout greater Los Angeles. Jack lives in Hermosa Beach where he
enjoys surfing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
