Brad Capas is part of a 35‐member team led by Robert Given that focuses on
institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured equity finance
and private capital sales throughout the State of Florida.
Throughout his career, Mr. Capas has completed transactions totaling over
25,000 multifamily units valued over $4 billion. He has served both domestic and
foreign clientele including: private investors, developers, REITs, pension fund
advisors and life insurance companies.
As the leader of the team's multifamily land and development equity practice,
Mr. Capas has extensive experience helping clients achieve optimal results,
whether they are disposing of land, searching for development capital or seeking
a joint venture/co-development partner. The land practice is fully-integrated
within CBRE's Multifamily Capital Markets team. As a result, the team serves
developers and investors through the entire multifamily lifecycle starting with
initial, pre-construction visualization, land acquisition and raising debt and equity
capital for development. Upon completion, the team positions properties to
optimize pricing and provide acquisition financing to the ultimate buyer.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Capas served as an Executive Director at Cushman &
Wakefield and spent 11 years in the commercial appraisal and consulting
industry where he earned the coveted MAI designation. Specializing in the
valuation and analysis of a wide range of investment properties and highly
complex land development projects, Mr. Capas has developed keen technical
skills and an attention to detail that enable him to provide superior service to his
real estate brokerage clients today.
