Troy Ballard is part of a 35‐member team led by Robert Given that focuses on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured equity finance and private capital sales throughout the State of Florida.
With nearly two decades of multifamily development, operations, and brokerage experience, Mr. Ballard has completed over 150 transactions totaling 100,000 multifamily units valued over $25 billion throughout his career.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Ballard served as a Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield and a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Boca Raton office. At Newmark, he founded the firm’s South Florida Land Division and was lead broker on land transactions representing nearly 4,000 units with an expected development value of over $1 billion.
Mr. Ballard was a founding partner and President of TM Real Estate Group. Under his guidance, TM Real Estate Group participated in the operations, management, acquisition or disposition of nearly 10,000 residential units and numerous land projects ranging from core infill to mixed-use and suburban sites.
Mr. Ballard also served as Senior Project Director at The Related Group of Florida, where he helped develop numerous residential and mix-use projects, including the award-winning CityPlace in West Palm Beach.
