Calum Weaver is part of a 35‐member multifamily team which is recognized as
the #1 multifamily team in Florida. Calum has over 20 years of experience and
has completed sales of 200 multifamily properties valued over $1.5 billion.
The team focuses on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales,
structured equity finance and private capital sales throughout the State of
Florida.
Calum leads the firms private capital group which is dedicated to serving the
needs of private capital investors throughout South Florida. Typical deal size is $3
million and up. His transaction experience includes private capital sales,
institutional sales, tax exempt bond deals, fractured condominiums, and land
sales.
His clients are typically individuals or partnerships who have their own capital at
risk for the purpose of building personal wealth, and their investment goals are
met by maximizing value in every assignment. Calum is involved in all aspects of
the marketing process including new business development, valuation/
underwriting, property marketing and tours, contract negotiation and closing.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Weaver served as an Executive Managing Director at
Cushman & Wakefield.
