This takes the form of acquisition and refinancing assignments as well as construction financing and JV equity placements for traditional multifamily, build-to-rent and new condominium developments. Charles leverages 20+ years of relationships with agency lenders (Fannie and Freddie), insurance companies, debt funds and major national and regional banks to drive superior outcomes for his clients.
Over the last two decades Charles has closed in excess of $15 billion in debt and equity placements while executing assignments throughout the State of Florida as well as most major markets across the Southeastern United States.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Crapse held senior positions with multiple global real estate firms and in portfolio management for a South Florida based private equity firm.
