James Quinn is a member of CBRE’s industry-leading Florida multifamily team. The team focuses on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured equity finance and private capital sales throughout the State of Florida. In his role, Mr. Quinn serves as a Senior Investment Sales Analyst and is responsible for the financial underwriting, market analysis, valuation, and strategic positioning of multifamily and land assets. With over nine years of experience in multifamily investment sales, Mr. Quinn has executed on over $10 billion of multifamily and land transactions. Mr. Quinn rejoins CBRE after serving in the same role at Cushman & Wakefield for seven years.

James has earned a Master of Science in Real Estate degree from the University of Florida as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Samford University. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
