Cal Payne co-leads a nine-person corporate real estate advisory team at CBRE, alongside partners Matt Mulvihill and Kevin Segerson. The team specializes in portfolio strategy for small- and mid-cap companies across the logistics, air cargo, food & beverage, and private equity industries.
Cal’s primary focus is advising clients on the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial facilities throughout North America. He and his team leverage CBRE’s national network of experts to ensure a consistent, high-quality level of service—regardless of project size or location.
Supported by CBRE’s comprehensive service lines, the team delivers full financial modeling, lease negotiation oversight, construction management, supply chain analysis, economic incentives negotiations, and labor market analysis.
Since joining CBRE in 2012, Cal and his team have completed more than 1,000 transactions, totaling over 60 million square feet and $4 billion in consideration.
In 2023, Cal was recognized as a member of CBRE’s Colbert Coldwell Circle, ranking among the top 3% of producers across the Americas.
